According to Google Chrome browser page, the present Chrome version is said. To support Mac OS X 10.9.5 to present 10.11.5. Chrome Browser - Google. However, the issues and problems that Chrome continues to show Mac users.
I have an Macbook Air 2011 (OSX 10.9.5 Mavericks). I am using Citrix receiver to access corporate VPN system (Juniper Instant Virtual Extranet ( IVE 8.0R3.2). I see the initial citrix dashboard on Safari, but when I try to open Remote desktop by clicking the icon, I am told that “This Terminal session is not supported on your computer”. I have installed OSX 10.9.5 Oracle Java 7 /I tested also with Java 8. Citrix receiver 11.8.2. I couldn't try Citrix receiver 11.7 because 11.7 is not available anymore. I tried with Safari 7.1., Firefox 33.0, Chrome 38.0.2125.104 but none of those worked.
Can anybody help? Parallels access for mac download.

If you have installed Adobe with my instructions you can find the settings manager in your system settings Open the Adobe settings Manager and choose the tab Storage. You see a button below that you can delete the local storage. Click Delete All on them. Next jump to the Advanced Tab and click again to the delete all button to clear the Browsers Cache. Start your Browser check if it helps. If not right-click on the playing video that you see and you should get the Settings Online.
Try to disable or Enable the Hardware Acceleration and check if the problem gone away. Here some working arounds: Reseting SMC and NVRAM is part for maintenance to clear saved and unused drivers. If you follow the Instructions on Apple's website you are on a good way. Except STEP 2, what is with the other steps?

I will try to follow instruction on reseting SMC and NVRAM or I just may have to have an apple tech either remotely fix this or may have to take it in to apple store for fixing the freezing problem.
Have to find out how much they will charge for diagnostic and actual software repair before making the final decision. I am not an IT or a Computer Professional Technician, therefore it is a bit overwhelming at times and there is room for trial and error which I am trying to avoid. But I will read all the prints prior to any attempt to reset the SMC and NVRAM. I am not sure how comfortable I will be at that point to attempt reseting. I will let you know. Thank You, Hedy •. Once hooked up to the internet at the apple store the technician checked the same site and streamed videos, there was no freezing, he did clean up a couple of things in monitor activity but everything was A OK according to the apple tech. He said it might be my internet speed, but I have 55 MB download speed and 5.5 upload speed therefore the speed is not the problem.
