Well, that hasn't solved the problem. I would appreciate some help from anyone, because I am more of a PC person and have minimum knowledge with the Mac. If the following information can be of help, here's is something I recently did, and not sure if it relates to the Safari problem. I recently deleted a Hotmail account that I wasn't using. It so happened that it was used as my Apple ID and I had completely forgotten about that. After realizing this, I changed the Apple ID on the Mac by using the email address of another Hotmail account that I was currently using.
A week later this Safari problem popped up. Could this be related to the changes I made or is this just a coincidence? Thanks for you help!

(Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do: Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.2 with a Full Version Installer Important to delete the Folders in those locations if not being uninstalled.
