Wow repair for mac pro. I have a Mac that's 5 years old, using OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5. My Safari app, which was working fine, suddenly refuses to open.

When I tried open it, I receive the following error message: 'Safari cannot be opened because of a problem. Check with the developer to make sure Safari works with this version OS X. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and OS X.' I verified that I have the current OS X update. I googled the internet for help, but most said the same thing that I should update the OS X.

Well, that hasn't solved the problem. I would appreciate some help from anyone, because I am more of a PC person and have minimum knowledge with the Mac. If the following information can be of help, here's is something I recently did, and not sure if it relates to the Safari problem. I recently deleted a Hotmail account that I wasn't using. It so happened that it was used as my Apple ID and I had completely forgotten about that. After realizing this, I changed the Apple ID on the Mac by using the email address of another Hotmail account that I was currently using.

A week later this Safari problem popped up. Could this be related to the changes I made or is this just a coincidence? Thanks for you help!

Firefox froze while I was using it, and I couldn't do anything so I shut off the computer. Now when I try to open it, nothing happens. The task manager shows the program as running when I uninstall it, so I shut it off, re-install, same problem. I've restarted and shut down the computer, uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly, and I'm out of ideas.

My other browsers work. Windows also did an update recently. I'm using Windows 10. I read that I needed to erase some program files but they were already gone. What should I do? I appreciate any advice you may have on this matter.
