The Lync for MAC 2011 client on my test MAC will just not connect to Skype for Business Server 2015. What is interesting is on the same test MAC system I installed the new Skype for Business MAC client and it has zero issues connecting to the new Skype for Business servers or the old Lync 2013 servers.
